AMENDMENT OF TERMS
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check
these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to
highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website then
we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern
your and Pandora Performance Saddlesâs rights and obligations to each other.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that Pandora Performance
Saddles is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website,
whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer
or from any other use of the website. This includes your use or reliance on any third party content, links,
comments or advertisements. Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials on this website is
entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this
website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may
contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the
fullest extent permitted by law.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Orders will normally be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment or on completion of the saddle
(whichever is most recent). In most cases orders will be shipped using Australia Post and should be received
within 3 â 10 working days dependent on what State of Territory the order is to be delivered to. If shipped to
the USA the delivery time could be affected by the US Customs process and United States Postal Service
delivery processes. Pandora Performance Saddles is not responsible for tracking any order or supplying
feedback on delivery once the saddle is posted.
Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post directly and we are not responsible for goods
that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion
of Pandora Performance Saddles.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Orders may only be cancelled prior to delivery. Any orders for custom paint and decals can only be cancelled if
14 days notice is given prior to manufacture completion.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may return the new saddle within 30 days no questions asked if it has not been used and only if there is
no personalization and we are able to re-sell. Buyer pays return shipping and Insurance. The saddle must be
returned in new condition and in protective packaging to ensure protection. All refunds are made at the
discretion of Pandora Performance Saddles. We will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods
purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made
by the same method that you made payment.
COLOR AND PERSONALIZATION
Pandora Performance Saddles cannot be held responsible if the color of a saddle is not what you expected if
you did not supply a specific color code. We will endeavor to meet your requirements to the best of our ability
but without specific color codes supplied, cannot guarantee the end product outcome will meet the
expectation.
DECALS
Decal quality depends on the quality of the image supplied. Complex decals will need to be referred to
professional printers and might result in additional cost. This will be confirmed with you if applicable
DEMO SADDLES
On request for the demo, you need to provide an address where the saddle can be delivered when itâs your
turn to trial the saddle.
We might require a deposit to be paid once before the demo saddle will be posted to you.
Demo saddles are usually sent via mail. Exceptions are when you prefer delivery drop-off or delivery pick-up if
the forwarding address is within driving distance.
You are responsibly to take photos of the saddle once received to prove condition and send these photos to
Pandora Performance Saddles or the Pandora Performance Saddles Representative who manages the demo
saddles in your state
You will not keep the saddle for longer than 7 days before posting it to the forwarding address provided to you
by Pandora Performance Saddles or the Pandora Performance Saddles Representative who manages the demo
saddles in your state
You are responsible for the postage to have the saddle sent to the forwarding address
You are responsible for wrapping the saddle with enough protection to ensure rough handling in the post will
not result in damage to the saddle
You are responsible for insuring the saddle for $900 as part of postage
You are responsible for providing the tracking number to Pandora Performance Saddles or or the Pandora
Performance Saddles Representative who manages the demo saddles in your state
You are responsibly to take photos of the saddle once ready to be posted to prove condition and send these
photos to Pandora Performance Saddles or the Pandora Performance Saddles Representative who manages
the demo saddles in your state
You will be held responsible for the costs if the saddle is damaged while in your possession.
Any deposit paid will be fully refunded once proof of postage i.e. Tracking Number and all required photos are
provided
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that a Pandora Performance Saddles product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Pandora
Performance Saddles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect
price. Pandora Performance Saddles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the
order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the
purchase and your order is cancelled, Pandora Performance Saddles shall issue a credit to your credit card
account in the amount of the incorrect price.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Pandora Performance Saddles may link to sites
operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Pandora Performance Saddles,
Pandora Performance Saddles has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and
